Casio has unveiled a fresh line of Mudman Master of G G-Shock watches.
The GW-9500 Mudman, as its name suggests, will survive extreme shocks, temperatures, 200 metres of water and any amount of mud and dirt you can throw at it.
Still an oversized watch at 53mm across, it is 3.4mm slimmer than previous Mudmans (Mudmen?) but has a dual-layer LCD face for improved readability and a new digital compass.
Expect to see them on the wrist of orienteers, mountaineers, oil rig workers and emergency workers.
Features, controlled by five pushers, include a barometer, altimeter, digital compass, four alarms, stopwatch, countdown timer.
The watch is kept accurate by radio transmissions that beam the precise time every night.
They are on sale now in three colourways priced at £349.
