Omega has raised the curtain on actor Barry Keoghan as its latest brand ambassador and put him to work immediately unveiling two bi-colour versions of the Speedmaster Moonwatch.
The star of Saltburn, The Banshees of Inisherin and The Killing of a Sacred Deer has modelled both a stainless steel and 18ct Moonshine pale yellow gold reference of the historic chronograph and a second piece in steel and the more copper-coloured Sedna gold.
The choice of gold alloy gives each watch a very different look.
The Moonshine gold watch picks up the pale alloy’s colour and uses it across three subdials, for text and numbers on a black ceramic tachymeter bezel, on the crown and chronograph pushers and in a line through a three link bracelet.
In Sedna gold, the watch has a copper-hued sunray dial framed by a black tachymeter scale edged in the same colored gold.
Sedna gold is used for the crown and chronograph pushers as well as the central links of the watch’s bracelet.
Both 42mm watches, which are powered by Omega’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3861, are on sale now for $18,100.
